Home made chicken pad Thai. Only 350 calories.
So I’ve been dying to go to Artisanal Fromagerie & Bistro for a while!!! Not sure if you know, but Fromagerie in French equals CHEESE. Major test for me!!! I passed and opted for duck. It was amazing, but wow watching everyone around me eating melted cheese almost killed me!!!!
Din din. Still no cheese. I’m finishing up my third week today!! On and I’m running a half marathon in December!!
So today I’ve decided to do a half marathon. December 18. I have a bit of training to do, but am up for the challenge!!!!
Tried making an omelet, but ended up just being scrambled eggs with stuff in it. egg whites, peppers, turkey bacon, squash, mushrooms, carrots, but NO cheese. Bleech.
So, I’m halfway through my third week of biggest loser/ no cheese, and I’m remembering what I wanted last year for my birthday…. A nacho cheese fountain. (I didn’t get it)…..But this year that same birthday would piss me off! Not b/c I wouldn’t want it….. oh wow I would so want it, but just wouldn’t be worth it! I absolutely LOVE my birthday, and am so excited to celebrate it! I am however spending the actual day cheering on those doing the marathon, and feeling inspired to try one someday! Congrats to all that finish! You’re going to inspire me for a couple weeks to continue exercising….Can you have another one right before Thanksgiving, so I’ll have a better chance of not caving in to delicious cheesy, rice, and broccoli???

GO CHIEFS!!!!!!! How bout that game?! So today begins my 3rd cheeseless week. it’s getting easier! I still dream about it, but have been super good about not eating it! Today was our third weigh-in, and I’m down 8.2 pounds! With my birthday & holidays right around the corner things are going to get real difficult, but I will succeed. It’s exciting to see they pounds come off, so that keeps me motivated!!
